Camille works both as an instructing Attorney
and advocate in the litigation team, and has experience at all
levels/tiers of our judicial system including the Court of Appeal.
Her research skills and keen attention to detail have served
to achieve preparation of the level required to ensure the best
possible outcome for matters both before the Court. (Or: Camille
serves primarily as an instructing Attorney on our litigation
team. She also has experience as an advocate at all levels/ties
of our judicial system including the Court of Appeal).
She has
appeared in matters relating to the interpretation of the new
Civil Procedure, and Court of Appeal Rules, has successfully
contested matters which touch and concern the issue of their
interpretation.
She is a member of the firm's insurance litigation team and
has a wealth of/extensive experience in insurance matters and
her areas of practice in this regard include personal injury
matters as well as issues of policy drafting and interpretation,
and statutory interpretation. This has allowed her to participate
successfully in matters treating with a number of the novel and
complex issues arising in these areas, particularly as have arisen
under the popularly/regularly invoked provisions of the Motor
Vehicle Insurance (Third Party Risks) Act.
Camille's practice is developing her practice to include Conveyancing
and Probate Litigation matters.
