 Grace Lindo was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2007. She is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School and the University of the West Indies from which she holds both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Media and Communication as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
Grace practised Commercial and Intellectual Property law for three years before including Litigation as part of her practice. Her main practice areas include the prosecution of trade mark and patent applications and the provision of advise on other areas of are Intellectual Property and intellectual property infringement. Her litigation practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation. She has a keen interest in Sports Law (in particular, Anti-Doping in Sport), Entertainment, Trade and Tax Law.
She is also a member of the Jamaica Bar Association and sits on the association’s Commercial, Intellectual Property and Publications Committees. Grace is an avid player of the game of badminton and is President of the SWAT Badminton Club.
