John, born in Bradford , England on October 21, 1930 is by far our most experienced practitioner and brings to the firm considerable knowledge of commercial transactions, especially in the areas of banking and finance, where he is highly respected as one of the most efficient practitioners in his field.

He has been responsible for the creation of a number of pension schemes and has been actively involved in the reorganization of several corporate entities, and in mergers and acquisitions.
