Licea-Ann is a member of the firm’s Conveyancing Department, having joined the firm after graduating from the Norman Manley Law School in September 2003.

Since that time, Licea-Ann has been responsible for handling the preparation of wills, matters related to the administration of deceased persons’ estates, the transfer of land (sale and purchase) and the preparation of other land related applications. She is also responsible for going to court to make applications for the modification of restrictive covenants endorsed on land titles.

Prior to studying law, Licea-Ann was a customer service representative with one of Jamaica’s leading financial institutions which has assisted her in providing courteous and efficient service when dealing with clients.

In addition to her law degree, Licea-Ann holds a B.Sc. Degree in Management Studies and Accounting.
