Lowel is a driving force in the Litigation Department. He is an integral member of the Litigation team.  It took him just over four years to make the transition from Associate to Partner.

In addition to his law degree, he has a B.Sc. in Management Studies specializing in finance and economics.

His expertise in handling insurance claims is well respected in the Jamaica insurance market and as a result leading insurance companies seek his advice.

Lowel has developed a substantial personal injury practice as well as a growing interest in employment disputes.

He has the distinction of representing a client who was awarded J$34 million in July 1997 - the highest personal injury award in Jamaica to date.

Lowel is an active member of the Moravian Church in Jamaica. He provides the Church with legal advice and sits on several church committees and boards.
