Lowel Morgan is the firm's Managing Partner. He is a member of the Litigation Department and his areas of practice include Maritime, Insurance, Arbitration, Employment and Landlord & Tenant.

Lowel is an experienced and well respected litigator with vast knowledge of Insurance Law, and other areas of specialty. He is constantly sought after for his advice and counsel by the Insurance industry.

Before pursuing legal studies, Lowel obtained his B.Sc. in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies majoring in Accounts and Economics. In 1989, he completed his Bachelor of Laws degree. In 2008, he was awarded a Master of Laws Degree in Maritime Law from the prestigious University College of London. His dissertation examined the case for modernizing the Jamaican Arbitration statute.

Lowel dedicates his time assisting clients either to avoid disputes or achieve early resolution, through effective negotiation, conciliation and mediation. He is an excellent negotiator and is known for his passion in negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients.

Lowel is an ardent Moravian and a member of the executive of the Moravian Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. He spends his spare time watching cricket, jogging, traveling and walking.
