 Patrick
is a member of the Litigation Department and has a broad and varied
practice in litigation including personal injury, commercial, administrative,
constitutional, labour law & tax law.
Prior
to joining the Firm, Patrick has worked with the Attorney General's
Chambers since 2003, where he occupied a number of senior positions
including Director of Litigation, Deputy Solicitor General and he
also acted as Solicitor General during which time he had administrative
responsibility for the operation of the Chambers.
Prior
to joining the Attorney General's Chambers, Patrick had extensive
experience in private practice, having practiced with two major
law firms.
In
his over 25 years of practice, he has gained extensive experience
as an advocate and has appeared frequently as senior counsel in
the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and before the Judicial Committee
of the Privy Council.
Patrick
was appointed Queen's Counsel in August 2008 for distinguished advocacy
in the Courts.
Patrick
has tutored at the former College of Arts, Science & Technology
now known as UTECH.
Admitted
to Practice in 1982.
