Paul joined the Commercial Team in September, 2002 where in addition to his commercial practice he has gained experience in commercial real estate transactions. He has also gained experience in cross-border and local financing transactions where he represents both lenders and borrowers.

Paul’s main areas of interest include pension schemes, employment law and loan securitization. Recently, Paul has been involved in a major hotel acquisition, a cross-border loan transaction with a major international bank, the liquidation of a major teleservices company and the establishment of the Pension Funds Association of Jamaica.
