Shelley-Anne is a member of the Conveyancing Team and also practises in the areas of commercial law, preparation of Wills, probate and the administration and distribution of estates.

She has spent the past several years honing her skills in the area of real estate development (including sub-division and planning approvals and the modification of restrictive covenants) and has successfully steered many projects from commencement through to completion.

Shelley-Anne also has extensive experience in handling matters on behalf of financial institutions in foreclosure proceedings and other procedures for the recovery of mortgage obligations.
