Tavia joined our litigation team after spending four years at another law firm. She has gained experience in civil and commercial litigation mainly in the Resident Magistrate’s and Supreme Court.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from University College London. She focused on International and Comparative Trust Law, Law of Credit & Security, Intellectual Property and General Principles of Insolvency Law.

She lectures Caribbean Legal Environment at the Justice Training Institute.
