Cheridah Ashley is a member of our Commercial Department with an educational background in both law and business administration. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Technology, Jamaica in 2008, worked within the banking sector in Jamaica and subsequently obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona in 2014.
She was awarded the Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School in 2016 and was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in the same year. She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association (JAMBAR) and sits as a member of its Commercial Law Sub-Committee.
Her practice includes drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, employment and labour relations, corporate governance and compliance matters.
Cheridah is a past student of the St. Andrew High School For Girls and enjoys reading motivational books, swimming and playing tennis.
