Mark-Paul is a member of the firm’s experienced Litigation Department. He was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2014 and is developing a variegated practice across the gamut of Civil Litigation. He possesses a keen interest in public, cyberspace and telecommunications and intellectual property law.

Mark-Paul has a strong background in languages and has taught in the English Department of the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. He has also provided private tutoring in Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Exam (CAPE) Law since 2013. Mark-Paul Cowan utilizes his strong literary and editing background in his legal drafting and advocacy. He is a fervent sports enthusiast and frequently participates in football activities. He is a member of the Telecommunications Broadcasting and Technology Committee of the Jamaica Bar Association.
