Catherine is a Partner in the Litigation Department and is an advocate as well as an instructing attorney. She was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2000 and has one of the most diverse practices in the firm, having had conduct of matters involving banking relations, anti-doping in sports, copyright disputes, patent disputes, judicial review and administrative law, infringements of a citizen’s constitutional rights by the State, property and land disputes. She has represented claimants in matters in which some of the highest personal injury awards have been made in our courts. She is also a member of the Jamaican Bar Association (JAMBAR) and has presented at numerous conferences staged by that body. She is an avid reader.
